I'm a bit undecided, I like the outfit, but I don't think it's appropriate for a movie premiere. maybe if she's at some swanky fashionista party, but this just doesn't quite fit the event. also, the makeup and hair are too heavy and in her face. She just doesn't need all that extra look on top of the outfit that is already the "eye-catcher" to provide some balance.
