Camilla Stærk S/S 06 - London

Something seems to be missing in this collection... I cannot really put my finger on it. It just seems incomplete or something... Hmmm...

also a fan of the tight garbage bags^_^
which is funny because i don't usually like these kind of 'knautschy' fabrics....
somehow they remind me of a mix of petals - you know if you wrap a tulip's petals tight around and object ... if you ever did that:p.... and plastic

I miss Camilla's former approach,to be honest. Seems in the last few seasons she's completely abandoned her initial aesthetic which was was about textures...handicraft...very wood nymph-ish and organic.

I love this collection and floral shrinkwrap sounds very environmentally-friendly, anna...

I think that sums it up...

it's nice but I'm not really excited about it, then again it's only my first look on the collection. :p .

I like the dress droogist posted
but this is my least favorite collection by her by FAR.
She used to play with volumes, textures, materials, in a truly provocative way

OK I'm kindof in a rush so these may not be the best examples, but like these

juxtapose diff't materials in a way that creates depth, whether it's optical/illusionary or real i dunno, maybe a mix

The outfit people seem to like up close and from behind...& the jacket I love from the collection in turquoise...

Nothing I would particularly like to see in real life but i love it on the runway.
