Catherine McNeil gets back into her cossie


AFTER taking an extended break from modelling to deal with personal issues, Catherine McNeil will make a triumphant return this week.

The 22-year-old flew to Sydney from her New York base this weekend and tomorrow will start shooting the highly sought-after gig as the face of Seafolly's 2012 Preview collection.

It's Brisbane-born McNeil's second campaign for the Aussie swimwear brand, her last being in 2008 when she was at the peak of her fame, modelling for big-name fashion houses like Louis Vuitton, Hugo Boss and Donna Karan.
But in recent years McNeil has gained as much attention for her personal life as her professional career.



She was briefly engaged to outspoken TV presenter Ruby Rose (it ended last year) and came under pressure over her weight when she was having some well-deserved time off.


In September, McNeil turned her focus back to modelling after close to two years away.
