Looks like a bit of both. These are the worst and most unfortunate images I've seen her in.

Im biased (clearly) but i love McNeil with no eyebrows. And always appreciate when they do a spare avant garde makeup look on her since its been proven countless times that she can play the bombshell to perfection. Love the new Vogue ed.

Happy to see Cat as per usual but they've made her look ghoulish in this editorial. :/ Maybe they were just trying match the army grunge vibe I'm getting from the shoot?

Or maybe they made her look bad on purpose so as to make Kim K look better.

Also: COOL CAT, AGAIN? They used that same editorial heading a few years ago. We get it, she's cool. Now stop using that!
