Cellulite

what are peoples experiences with nivea's goodbye cellulite ?
i kind of want to buy it, but i wanna know what others think of it first.

I've tried it, and when I've been bothered to apply every morning and night I think it did actually make a difference! got to be dedicated to it though!

Bliss Spa also sells pretty good products to help target cellulite. I know they carry a few products that they make such as the Fat Girl Slim series. My friend swears by it and uses it everyday but haven't heard other peoples opinion on it..

I used to have light cellulite on my bum, in spite of exercising and drinking a lot of water. I tried tons of creams, but they didn't really make a difference, just gave me the feeling of hope and action:rolleyes: the only thing that helped was dry-brushing, but well it never really disappeared, so I kind of gave up and accepted it as a part of my body.
But over half a year ago it started to disappear and now it's nearly gone. I am still quite incredulous:shifty: there are only two factors that changed, I lost some weight, that has happened before but the cellulite always stayed. The other thing is that I am vegan for over 1,5 years now, and my humble theory is that this made the difference and maybe it just takes ages for the effects of a dietary change to show? I still kept exercising and drinking water.
my other theory that getting older (mid-twenties) my hormones normalized, but then again cellulite is supposed to get worse which age isn't it?

Hello everyone. I have been reading this thread for a few weeks now... but haven't posted anything.
I really feel like I need to share some fantastic advice. I have never had cellulite...I am 174 and i am THIN - I couldn't understand at all why it suddenly appeared. I didn't have it badly...but over the winter I didn't do alot of sports so I noticed it more.
I eat pretty healthy, I try to avoid sugar - I live in Austria so we have bread that doesn't contain alot of sugar... while living in the U.S. it was alot harder for me to get really healthy food... I felt like even apples contained bad stuff... I couldn't really afford Whole Foods...but yes. Sorry to be off topic.

I really hate cellulite. I would rather be a little bit heavier and have non, than have cellulite. So I tried eeeeverything to get rid off it the past 6 weeks and I finally have conquered it so much that it's invisible for anyone but me - if I look really closely.
I realized pilates and lifting weights at the gym give you a great booty and strong legs, but the cellulite didn't really disappear. So I started jogging SLOWLY (!) for 55 minutes 6 times a week. It might seem "too much" for some of you...but as I said I jogg like a snail - but it's jogging not walking! I don't think walking helps that much. I have very good shoes too so it's not too "hard" on my legs when I jogg.
So my first advice to at least try if you want to get rid off your cellulite is jogging - slowly with good shoes!
My second advice is hot/cold/hot/cold showers every day. It helps!
My third advice is to massage the areas for 15 minutes every day...either with a brush oder your hands... it really really helps alot. Sometimes it annoys me because it takes 15 minutes...but the skin looks so much better after a few weeks...
Fourth advice: eat healthy. Reduce "sour food" - I try to maintain a alkaline diet! I feel so much better now, and my skin (everywhere) is fabulous. Eating less acid foods really improved my cellulite. Its important to check what "acid" foods are so you can avoid them...

I hope my advice help some of you women! It may seem like alot..but it's more of a lifestyle change than a real struggle! :-))

I think most importantly

* I think most important is to combine a healthy diet (and that doesn't mean eating little...but eating nothing too acid), cardio and massaging!

I found the Tracy Anderson method really helpful for that matter. It toned my butt and my legs so much that I didn´t have to do anything else, after years of trying everything the TAM did it for me, all by itself.

i had cellulite but then i lost weight. I did exercise when i had it... but i did more swimming, running and cycling and more gym work and i also started yoga and improved my diet and i now have 0.00 cellulite on my body so... i recommend working out.. swimming improved it a lot for me i think. i also used Nivea cellulite cream (don't now, but i did when i had bad cellulite... although i think it had been discontinued?) and just drink lots of water and eat right!

thought i'd share my experiences with Revitol! I saw a difference within a little less than a week. i bought it on amazon for cheap it costed me in dollars not euros on amazon -3 bottles for 35US dollars.

i really did see a difference and its totally worth purchasing it- i saw more of a difference using revitol than clarins!
