i am dying over this look. no one does the uptown lady like ralph rucci. not even carolina and oscar anymore. and definitely not valentino these days. it's clothes like these that give me hope that we'll make it out of this near depression. this is true luxury.

Omg, this is like couture. I still don get how underrated he is, and he has been in this business for so long!

It's so clean and so fresh. It's such a breath of fresh air after the garbage we've seen so far.
The spiral cut-out jacket is beyond gorgeous, it's truly artistic. And the dress with the face print that Mikeijames posted is a key piece here, it represents a woman's true freedom to be.

it's pretty glorious. i agree mike...i don't think anyone comes close to that schtick anymore. and i think much of it comes down ralph's mastery. he's an architect....he's a real craftsman. not just someone who has a stylised approach. his work has so much depth.

that black coat with the copper stripes is beautiful. but all of those dresses are superb.

The one collection I saved most looks from.
This is the show I was waiting for.
Though I sort of see a few clothes that are very similar to last season, I still love them as I did then. The only downfall with Rucci in my view is when he uses prints - he did those huge buddha prints at the end of his collection last season and I really didn't like them.
I was shocked finding myself saving the big yellow evening dress as a favourite look as big dresses always ring the OdlR cruise collection bell, but I really love that yellow piece - utterly simple and elegant with the beautiful print (embroidery??) on the under skirt below a hem of fringing.
My favourite piece of the whole lot is look one of post #3. It's glorious.
Thank you for rescuing New York again Chado

This so great. love everything. and you just can see how well made are all the dresses.
I don't get why he's so underrated. every season I really want him to wow the audience, but last season wasn't this good and I was just giving up, and this is just glorious :D.

This collection is beautiful, my favorite one so far! The last dress on Georgie is incredible, as are all the dresses. And I love the first look on Ksenia. Everything is just...perfect.
