My new J12!!!!

Noriko, I can't believe you found hairline scratches on yours! Wow, that is surprising considering I've banged my plain J12 watch up so many times and no scratches to speak of! I would definitely upgrade, or atleast exchange for a new one without scratches. If you are gonna pay that much for a watch, you do want it to be perfect!

When you say upgrade did you trade your old one in or buy a completley new one?

^^^I was thinking of upgrading to the pink sapphire 38mm. I found some hairline scratches on the bezel of mine and my SA said she could get me another one, do an exchange, or a return. I really love the J12 so I want to stick with it. Please post pics of your diamond bezel one as soon as you can I'm considering that one too, its not too much more than the sapphire bezel J12.

noriko, definitely exchange it! I exchange mine like 10 mins after I walked out the boutique coz I found a little yellow stain spot on the white ceramic bracelet and the SA was unable to remove the stain with a alcohol wipe.

oh no, I think they can just put the new bezel on the watch, not the entire new one.

My SA said that the bezel isn't available for purchase alone yet, but when it is, it'll probably run like $8000 for the 38mm. I was like whoa, might as well just buy a new watch!

I was just thinking of exchanging it and paying the difference for one with the pink sapphire bezel or the diamond bezel. Not sure if I want to though, I am totally in love with the diamond markers. I'll probably just stick with it but have them get me another one that doesn't have scratches

We'll see though, I could just fall in love with one in the store

Are the prices the same everywhere? Some boutiques have different prices for HI than elsewhere. Here the 38mm pink sapphire bezel J12 is $9100, and the diamond bezel one is $9950. Is this the same near all of you?

I bought a completely new one!! I don't think Chanel accepts trades and such. Here are my two beauties. Now all I have to do is buy the black J12's!

Candicec, you are definitely in love with the J12!! They are beautiful!!! If I have the money, I would want to buy a black one with diamond bezel. I saw a gal wearing the black with diamond bezel the other day at a Chanel boutique, very very eye catching! Will you also buy a black one in the future?

now i miss mine so much i sold it a year ago because it was getting really popular here .. it was black with diamonds.. i bought a cartier instead, but now i think i want a J12!
