How to authenticate Chanel shoes

I've search everywhere and forever for a guide on authenticating Chanel shoes, and while I've found a few guides on Cambon flats, I haven't found anything on shoes in general. Does a guide like this exist? otherwise would someone like to share their knowledge?

I went on TPF and they wouldn't authenticate my shoes for me because they don't fit me and I mentioned that I would probably give or sell them. I went through every Chanel shoe authentication request, and the answers were usually yes or no, with no reasons why, so I couldn't harvest much information there.

Is there a forum here where I can post pictures of my shoes for authentication?

I think the reason most forums don't reveal why, or how to authenticate designer goods is because there might be people on the forums who are here to learn how to improve their fake merchandise.

yea but there are so many guides on authentication, there's no way to keep knowledge secret. I think that efforts to keep this information a secret just empowers counterfeiters more than it helps the buyers, because all the counterfeiters have to do keep improving by mirroring a real bag/shoe (with or without reading forum posts); but a buyer can't just go out and buy a real bag to compare.

The patent ones run a little small and the leather ones you should get half a size smaller because they stretch out A LOT! I'm normally a 39.5 and in the patent ballet flats I have a 40 (they don't stretch) and Chanel runs slightly small for me anyway and in the leather ballet flats I have a 39.

So what if the toe cap is patent and rest of the shoe leather?
