Yet another reason we wish we lived in Europe (the first few mostly have to do with foodstuffs and shopping opportunities, obviously
WWD announced today that lingerie designer Chantal Thomass has partnered with the cosmetics brand Nivea to debut a collection of limited-edition makeup that will launch across the continent in July. The new line will include eight shades of lipstick, six eye shadows, and two blushes housed in black packaging that’s emblazoned with cursive script and corsets strung with black laces. As with Thomass’ frilly underthings, the overriding message here seems to be makeup as a tool of seduction. We’ll be waiting on eBay, with bated breath.
