^geez fierce photos!another euro fashion week/s without chat...kinda sad about it.
oh, im not worried...joan smalls and hany gaby odiele had been around a long time before they became top girls...rome was not built in a day and i know charlene has it in her..she'll mature into a cuter ling tan, i just know it!!!!...its the waiting thats killing me..aarrrghhh!!!!
, i also have to agree with you about the waiting thing
i hope our wait will be over soon cuz it sucks
she has the all the qualities of a good model so im not that worried but i just want FORD Models to give her jobs like high end editorials that would really make her shine or a big break that would mark her in the industry
just saw this on the net.. i think this was backstage @ BLONDS spring 2012

I am reminded of Charlene by one of this season's breakout girl Tian Yi. If it were true that Chat had been shortlisted by Givenchy, and had she eventually managed to go to Paris sans visa problems, things would have been very different now. Chat is no less talented and fierce than Tian and any other Chinese newcomers are. This girl deserves to be on top! Is Ford the only possible home for our exported models? I don't think so. But this agency seems to be keeping her just at a certain level.
how sad

Proving that Filipino beauty is truly world-class is Laguna lass Charlene Almarvez. In 2010, the stunner represented our country in the Ford Supermodel of the World contest, where she finished first runner-up and landed a modeling contract with Ford Models. Since then the statuesque 5’11” model has appeared in foreign magazines like Teen Vogue, V, and Glamour, mesmerizing readers the world over with her doll-like features. Since her debut in New York Fashion Week Fall 2010, Charlene has hit the ramp for Diane von Furstenberg, Lacoste, Mara Hoffman, Ruffian, and Peter Som, among others.
