Yes but she looks like she should be riding a horse not a top of a mountain standing like Napoleon.

That picture is NOT her - unless she got the best plastic surgery face transformation I have ever seen.

No, that's definitely not her. This woman is an actress, she is obviously at a movie premier because you can see the movie poster right behind her!

On another note...this woman is way prettier than Charlene.

Hmmmm, when I looked at the picture on ancestry.com, I too thought that this was the prettiest picture I had seen of Charlene. I'm in agreement wtih Ashcottmanor and eternitygoddess, this picture must be of a younger woman, probably an actress. Who I wonder? She could be Charlene's younger sister.

I really like her red carpet style. She dresses like a movie star.

I really like her current style with the basic turtle neck/coats and the engagement dress. It's a great cut and color on her. I'm glad she's taking a more simple approach to her style instead of trying to be "Hollywood." But I just can't stand the 'poof' faux-hawk she has going on...I'd like to see her in her the cute blond bob she had before.

And I can't believe they aren't being married in the church? A backyard wedding? That doesn't sound royal to me :innocent:

Well, Prince Albert is not a royal. It's a Princely house, so a backyard/courtyard wedding sounds about right. :) Plus, Charlene is not a Catholic (she personally stated that she wasn't in a recent interview)... hence no wedding in the Cathedral in Monaco where his parents were married.

Back to Fashion: I must say that I like the seafoam green halter dress on Charlene. We have all seen the dress a thousand times already, and every time I view the photo (for the billionth time) I like it even more on the future Princess of Monaco. Though I will say that she needs to back off the halter top and dress look... enough already.

:)

I love these pics, she looks like a fairytale princess!

^ Yes given that she's had some major plastic surgery done, countless designer gowns, tons of make up and hair, photo shop galore and endless amounts of Albert's money...Anyone could look the same if they had the same resources. She's nothing special imo.

Ok I see, I figured she converted to Catholicism already in order to marry Albert. That's too bad, I love a church wedding.

Her makeover has been impressive -- but Monaco really demands the glamour more than other royal houses.

I agree, but not to the point of completely losing yourself and becoming someone else entirely. To me, she has changed into the persona she thinks Monaco needs as a princess. She would be more likable and endearing if she stayed a little more true to herself. Obviously changing her teeth was a must, they were just horrible and bleaching/treating her hair a little more was great so it didn't looked so washed out from swimming. But the botox, breast implants, over the top designer clothes and fake tans is plain ridiculous.
