It's not M&S but a lot of the M&S shirts this season have a lining which means you can turn the cuffs up to reveal an inside print...

Robert Grahm (neimanmarcus.com carries his shirt) always makes mantaylors like that with turn-up cuffs that have different paterns on them. I dont know about that exact shrit, but you could find something similar.
