I give her props for having a life, hopefully she doesn't stop pursuing what she's been working for now that she's back with Harry. She definitely seems to like those late nights, she's a little tossed up in these pics.

I agree with all of the above comments. Chelsy is not an exceptionally pretty girl, but her attitude and smile get me every time. She just seems so happy and full of life! She and Harry make a very cute couple. I really do like her outfit this time. The color looks great on her, and I especially love the blazer. Her style has greatly improved from a couple of years ago. I really hope these two stay together!

Has anyone heard her speak? I'm curious to know what her voice sounds like. Have there been any videos?
^ There was a video from The Sun. A little clip of her walking with a friend to school and she has a British accent (not surprising) but I thought her voice sounded a little deep. I can't seem to find it at the moment.

You're absolutely right, it was on Youtube for a while too. Not sure if it's still there. I couldn't hear her voice so I don't know about the accent but her voice did sound deep to me too. And excuse the comparison but she kind of has a voice like Fergy.
Beside the video already mentioned, there was a longer News of the World clip of her backstage the X factor TV-show or something like that being entertained by those Jedwards twats. I don't know if it's still there, you should do a search on their website.
I'm not sure how to describe her voice.
She definitely doesn't have a pronounced S-A accent (which is kind of surprising) but I wouldn't say she sounds like a native Brit either. She also doesn't sound upper-class or even posh in a BBC way (the famous 'received pronunciation') the way Kate does. In the NoTW video, where she speaks for a longer time, her voice isn't as low as in th Sun video, so she might have had a sore throat in that one.
In a nutshell, her voice is clear and pleasant but quite hard to place.
And lol at me writing an essay about somebody's voice. I know how absurd I sound.

I was unable to find either of the videos, but thank you everyone for your help! I will keep looking. And Harumi, I like your "voice essay!" It's the next best thing to actually hearing it. 
IF and that's a big if, the article (*ahem*from News of the World) is right and Chelsy is the one asking "where is your dressing room?" (around 1:38) then that's her voice but I'm not sure because for one it's sounds completely different then the The Sun video where you can actually see her talking (where as in this video the camera is focused on those guys) and second there is a group of girls so it's could have been any number of them.

I think she gave it a good try on the Ascot outfit but it missed. The dress is not good, although the color is but the hat is too big for her head. If it would have been smaller and the dress a bit "dressier" then she would have been one of the best dressed there. Glad to see her having a good time though.
