as for the drastic hair change......i really really hope she doesn't cut all her hair off. Danni's already done that (x factor) and i think she looks so much prettier with her really long hair - i am a fan of long hair though, 'cause i never like it when any celebrity girl goes from long to a really short style.

I think she's still wearing make-up in those pictures, just not as much as she usually piles on. Like less eyeliner, no false eyelashes, etc.

Yeah, its not really realistic to expect a cute outfit when they're performing just because they're dressed according to the fact that they're putting on a show. Still everyone looks gorgeous.
