I love this thread so much, now I miss being a kid. I think I'm going to have to go thrift store hunting to recapture some creepy childhood memories.

I rather like Arthur Rackham's illustrations too. All the little details and looming sceneries, very pretty.

It's funny, I can't remember either, but seeing an illustration or hearing a title name conjures up a warm, fuzzy and slightly hazy feeling inside.
