Children's book illustrations

Who Needs Donuts? by Mark Alan Stamaty - so funny and you can spend hours looking at the incredibly detailed images! There are little conversations happening between teeny-tiny people in the backgrounds.

The Swedish writer Pernilla Stalfelt puts her interest in childrens thoughts and reactions on taboo subjects that adults often want to avoid. Her books are inspired by meeting with children and by her work as an art pedagogue at Moderna Museet in Stockholm. With humor and unerring descriptions she approaches difficult subjects as death, poo-poo and hair. A book about love will also be published during 2001.

that's so cute neddie!

Thank you!

I found this one on my computer. I made this a few weeks ago and I called it "The animal sleepover"
( These aren't really children's BOOK illustrations but I usually draw with a children's book in mind, that's why I placed them here ;))
