She won the Sugar magazine (UK teen mag) modelling competition and signed with Models 1. I think she's adorable and has real potential, not like some of these contest winners who just happened to be the "least average" choice

Yes, it's Chloe, *Bianca* already posted the cover. It was her first shoot after winning the competition, and it's a tween mag so I don't they're that awful considering (except the last two lol).
