Did you try calling the customer service number for Saks?
There's a number on their website, which is 1.877.551.SAKS (7257) - I wonder if it's the same for in-store purchases?
The way they have been treating you is unacceptable, there's no reason why saks can't help you with what seems like a straight-forward issue!

My new bay!!

I got this a few days ago as a birthday present from my mom... Hadn't really been thinking about a new bag, so had no predisposition towards it, just walked into the Chloe shop and was drawn to it, because of size (can haul my stuff), colour (forest green), strap (across body so comfortable) and the fact that it was patent.
It's the new bay SS08 shoulder bag (messenger?)..

I wanted to share a new bag purchase with this thread - I just bought (during a great NM in-store promotion) this lovely Chloe Bay medium tote (from Fall 2007, I believe).

I think the color shown here is the camel, while mine is more taupe, but it is this very bag.
