I think the hair pulled back goes well with that kind of "conservative" outfit. I'd love to see Chloë wearing some of her quirky stuff out though, It's been awhile. But seeing as this was the Tom Ford opening I think she made the right choice.

I think it's the fact that she isn't wearing any mascara that makes Chloe look severe and tired in those pics.

The outfit is ok, the hair too severe... I was never a fan whenever she'd pull her hair back..too tight. In the past, she'd pull her hair back whenever she was in between hair colorings.

But I will always dig her shoes

There was this sighting of her on gawkerstalker.com a while ago that said she had brown hair. So maybe that is why she had her hair pulled back?
