New TV commercial featuring Loubies; Electrolux Appliances with Kelly Ripa in what I think are Lady Gres in grey suede. Hard to miss the scarlett sole and the mile-high spike.

i wanted to post this but i always forgot to. in the current issue of vogue italia there's an editorial that features many of the louboutin for rodarte crazy shoes. my scanner is dead, i'll see if someone posted the scans on the vogue thread..
(they look amazing)

mistress f, i love all these loub for rodarte shoes!!!!!!!i have a big picture of the black ones in my blog.B)

su9ar-

sorry for the late reply, but I actually sized down half a size for these shoes. I usually wear 36.5 in most loubs, but fit 36 in the Declics.

I wear a 37 in decolletes though.

hope that helps!

This is the shoe I was talking about. I was too rushed to post a pic before.

(pic: saks)

In case you don't already know, Saks has posted the Armadillo (a new fall d'orsay) for $695. They should be $895 (as on NM), so if you want them, now's the time to buy!!!!

They have mistaken them for the Insectika, which is similarly "layered" Decollete.

That's a beautiful shoe in Post #12,217. It has the right amount of romantic flair to be well-appointed with a lovely dress or a stylish pantsuit. I'm almost tempted to imagine these Louboutins to be paired with some kind of red garment just to match the red sole detail. Those peep-toe pumps are every bit as chic as anything else. Either a lovely formal outfit or a sexy (yet classy) casual or semi-formal outfit would work best with these shoes. And saying that this is from Sak's Fifth Avenue, I'm sure these are worth every penny.

Hello all. I'm late to this thread but only because I knew that if I looked at other people's buys enough I would give my tuition money up and buy these shoes instead.
Anyway, I've saved up enough and I want to buy the black Pigalle's but I can't find them online. I don't want to buy from e-bay because I've heard the sellers are really good at faking the shoes, receipts etc. Where can I buy online? Thanks. :flower:

^^^ For Pigalles, it's best to call the CL Boutiques. If you are in the US, there are 2 in NY, 1 in Vegas and another in Beverly Hills. Good luck!

There are some reputable CL sellers on eBay too. NaturalGasGirl, OnlyModa and Trenduet to name a few.

JetSet, thanks for posting. I've seen the first ad all over Manhattan and every time I passed it I couldn't help but looking at it. Love the CLs on her. She really looks amazing!

JSG - Can you please post the source for those photos? I am loving those sequin Very Prives!

Dear Fellow Fashionistas,

'Basic' Decollete Shiny Leather pumps, should I size up ½ or 1? I'm not familiar with this style.

My feet are between narrow and normal. I normally use 37 - 37½ CL shoes.

Thanks :flower:
