Christina Hendricks

I love her red hair but you never know! I can easily imagine her being a blonde sex-god:lol:

second picture is a little "off" but I love the combo of red hair and blue eyes and love her overall look.

Lovely pics from the LA Times. Thanks RoseMary:flower:

She has also been nominated for best supporting actress in a drama for Mad Men at this years Emmys.:D

Her face is perfection and her figure is breathtaking, and she's also a great actress! Stunning woman.

Mad About Her
Mad Men's Christina Hendricks has single-handedly revived the sex appeal of porcelain skin, womanly curves-- and the bouffant. Here, Hollywood's new siren reveals her must-haves.

I absolutely love her answer to "How do you maintain your figure?" .

She is wonderful ^_^. I can't wait for the next season of Mad Men to begin!

hmm - not sure I like it for a September cover. It would make more sense as a June cover. Anyway - she looks great but I do sometimes find i prefer how she looks on the show than how she photographs. It's hard to explain because she is undoubtedly very attractive, but she can have some odd angles where she face looks a lot harsher...

^She's definitely more stunning in motion. It's impossible to not look at her. ^_^

I've noticed that too Meg :flower:. I much prefer her look on Mad Men where she tends to look... softer.

I also think the side-swept bangs make a huge difference.

i'd love the gq cover,if the background were something else!the blue is too bright!

^^^^Yeah for a September cover I'm not sure either, but as a cover I absoluetly love it. I love the idea of the white picket fence and the 'sweetness and light' vibe, which somehow with blazing red hair and va-va-voom body, Christina still manages to convey. That cover would stop me in my tracks and not many do nowadays.
I think I understand what you saying Meg, she can look a little harsher in photos......at least compared to how she appears on Mad Men, but she still maintains a lovely softness and vulnerability about her, even though she is blatantly very sexy.
I find that when she is in a scene on the show I am not watching anyone else, and her little girl voice also adds to the charm.

As a red head myself, I think they put her in colors that are okay on redheads but not flattering or best. She is lucky b/c she is not a natural redhead, so she doesn't have to deal with skintone issues too. But that makes attention to color more important. I think many of the photo shoots dress her body, not her face. Then she ends up not looking amazing. The clothes on the show address all of her, not just her boobs etc.

I'm not a particular fan of the hairstyle, the ends look like it could be those neck pillows or something. I'm glad she's garnering more attention and congratulations to her earning a Emmy nommination.

I'm not a fan of the second GQ picture.
The cover looks fabulous though, but a tad predictable.
