From the book “UOMINI”, the upcoming and male model star, shot by Marian Vivanco, talks to Swide about himself.
We had already noticed Christopher Landon during the June 2010 Milan Menswear Fashion Week, and so we were not surprised to see him as the face and body shot by Mariano Vivanco for the book “UOMINI”. In this roughly 3’:00” video, you can get a peak at him on the Dolce&Gabbana SS 2011 Show at Metropol in Milan.
The book UOMINI by Mariano Vivanco is already available in all of the Dolce&Gabbana boutiques around the world. From February, it will be available also in the best bookstores and online.

I was born in March 1991, in New Zealand, Auckland.
Do you believe in astrology?
I haven't decided yet.
What is the most important part of a woman’s body?
Her eyes.
What kind of a relation do you have with nudity?
Yeah it’s great when inspired, but if it’s just for the sake of nudity, then it defeats the purpose of its privilege.
What’s love for you?
Ask Shakespeare; he's got a pretty good way of verbalizing it.
What does money mean to you?
Opportunity.
What are the priorities of humanity in 2011 according to you?
Making sure that ‘basic human needs’ doesn't get exhausted at both ends of the spectrum.
What type of music do you listen to?
Mostly everything, but at the moment a lot of Arctic Monkeys, Neil Young, The kooks, Tame Impala.
What are your worst qualities?
Every morning I wake up I'm a different person.
The most important film of your life?
The Dreamers.
Who are the all times artists that you most like?
Francis Bacon, Bernardo Bertolucci, Wes Anderson, Martin Scorsese.
What would you like to do after modeling?
Well, I have a huge interest in human behavior and I love the art of film so maybe somewhere along those lines.
How were those pictures for UOMINI shot with Mariano Vivanco?
They were shot at a beach in Sydney and then on a rooftop on Wall st. It was really great shooting with him, he is an amazing photographer to shoot with, and you can really see how passionate and inspired he is while working with him, so it was a huge privilege.
Swide’s team will be waiting for you during the next Milan’s Menswear Fashion Week in January 2011.
Can’t wait to see you, I will be in Milan around the 9th of Jan!
