Yeah that's Claudia. I recognized my scan... it's from Greek Votre Beauté, April 2009 issue.
She also had the cover. I posted the pics in the old thread:

She was in Greece at the beginning of 2009 and did loads of printwork, you could see her on the covers of almost every fashion magazine.
