Coleen McLoughlin says she's back on a Weight Watchers diet because she's tired with everyone thinking she's pregnant.

The 21-year-old fiancée of football ace Wayne Rooney insists that she's not expecting, and is now determined to shift the extra pounds she's put on.

She said: "There have been a lot of stories recently saying I'm pregnant - but I'm not - which is the reason that I started my Weight Watchers diet again last Monday!"

Coleen is famous for her ongoing efforts to maintain her figure, and has long been a fan of the weight loss program.

She has said: "I'm just a normal-shaped girl."

"I've got a bum and I've got hips but I've got a small waist so I emphasise that."

Coleen has been experimenting with her look in recent times.

She stepped out over the weekend with a frizzy Farrah Fawcett inspired hair do, but quickly drop the unpopular style after just one day.

She was back to her sleek self on Sunday when she hit the red carpet with Wayne in a flirty cobalt blue dress for a function in London.

Coleen looked stunning - and certainly not pregnant - as she waltzed down the red carpet at Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United, for an event to raise money for Unicef.

Coleen plans Italian wedding

EAGER COLEEN MCLOUGHLIN is eyeing up a fairytale Italian castle as the venue for her wedding to soccer sweetheart WAYNE ROONEY.

stunning Castello Brown in Portofino, near Genoa.

The 16th Century fortress boasts panoramic views of the Riviera — plus a banquet hall and rambling gardens.
It also has top-notch security since all guests have to make a steep five-minute walk up a mountainside to enter its gates.

The castle was shut to the public yesterday — but Coleen was allowed a private viewing before lunching in Portofino Harbour.
Coleen, 21, is expected to wed England and Manchester United ace Wayne next year. They have kept their plans strictly under wraps and only close family were told of the trip yesterday.
But a source said: “The castle is as close to a fairytale setting as you can get. It’s the sort of place any young princess would dream of getting married. Coleen was left breathless by its beauty.

“This was a very hush-hush trip and Coleen was so excited. She’s seriously thinking about having the wedding overseas.”
Wayne, 22, was unable to make the journey due to Utd’s Champions League clash with Dynamo Kiev at Old Trafford last night.
But Coleen spent the morning chatting excitedly into her mobile before sitting down for her three course, two-hour lunch with wine.
She finally flew back to Manchester at 6pm and couldn’t wait to tell Wayne about the castle.
Coleen had also been interested in the nearby 18th Century Villa Durazzo, where Rod Stewart married Penny Lancaster in June.
On Tuesday she had viewed other potential venues in Nice.
Her wedding planner is from the company which organised her 21st birthday bash last April — and Wayne’s 18th birthday party.
Coleen and Wayne began dating at 16 and have been engaged since 2003, when the footballer proposed at a petrol station.
Their wedding was supposed to fit in with the Euro 2008 championships. But England’s likely failure to qualify means they could marry any time next summer.
They are believed to have signed a £1.5million magazine deal for the wedding rights.

She sends very mixed messages though. One minute she's fronting a 'Colleen's real women' show and saying how much she loves her curves, and then the next she's talking about diets and losing weight. What does that say to the 'real women' she's supposed to be championing?

it's weird isn't it? she seems like yo-yo dieter/exerciser. i don't really think she has to loose any weight...just needs to wear better clothing.

One can still be comfortable at their weight and say 'being a size 12 is healthy' and still want to exercise or get self conscious or whatever. And that article hardly sounds verbatim so I wouldn't take it as her exact words. As for her workout gear, it looks like the other person was talking or about to laugh who knows what is going on? And she has another jacket tied around her waist. who cares?

She gets on my nerves. She preaches about being happy about your (and her own) shape and about curvy and bigger women being more beautiful, yet she gets a couple of comments made about herself because shes gained a few pounds (and actually makes herself seem like the normal girl-nextdoor type she claims she is) and shes dieting again to be slimmer, she needs to stop saying one thing and doing another.

^i hope so. i don't think she need to loose any weight really but there's nth wrong with wanting to be healthy and work out, etc. it must be difficult to have the read speculation about your weight gain in the press...

coleen is far far from over weight .. god help u if u think shes overweight .. shes tiny .. she jsut has normal curves but for some reason wants to be thinner .. msut be hard to have such pressures on ur weight
