Combining brown and black

I find pretty much all dark colours to go together. I don't wear black, but i mix brown, navy, dark grey and dark green without any problem

I agree, black and brown isn't so bad.. But the other day I wore navy tights by accident (thought they were black) with black boots and they looked terrible!!

i do not buy many brown items because of this "rule". i also dont like most earth tones. i think they can look aging.

i dont see many people wearing the two colors together.

i have some brown suede ferragamo flats that ive never worn because i have a hard time "matching" them with any items. the only thing i can wear them with is a linen suit which i only wear in the summer time.

black and camel go OK together, IMO.
