I wonder if this is any good?

I bought this online recently, after reading all the lovely reviews on it at drugstore.com, and it's similar to the product you're asking about, only cheaper and cooler looking (lol):

It works REALLY well. I spray on some heat protectant and then use this to dry my hair with one of the styling comb attachments, and in 10-15 minutes I have sleeker, straighter hair, with reduced frizz and fly-aways. (I have naturally thick, long wavy hair.) It doesn't get stick straight, but I really do not feel the need to use a flat iron afterward as it looks nice just with the ionic styler. I love it; it makes blow-drying my hair straight a piece of cake. I'm really bad at blow-drying my hair straight with a regular comb/brush and hair dryer.

And it costed less than $25 dollars. :D

Me too. :(

I hope this doesn't turn out to be better than my $80 dryer, which still leaves me with frizz. (Alteast I got it cheap--originally $125.)
