I would've preferred to see her on a power position that perfectly coincides her "I had to learn to stand up for myself" tagline. Her crouching just negates her tagline. The pose is just awkward and makes her look cheesy while her storyline makes her look like an empowered woman.

The subscribers cover would've been a better cover because it screams BOSS

Too much photoshopping on the main cover. Weird looking torso and a invisible waist, just a bad pose overall made worse by the sea of text. But I'm glad Michelle got Cosmo.

So it's just a more pinkier version of her Interview covers? Or Harper's. Or V. Who am I kidding, she permanently looks like this in magazines. I'm tired of Dita! Cant she adopt a more fresher persona??? None of this looks like Cosmo. I like that they've tried something different, but this isnt working for me. I'll say this though, Madonna is more suitable to Cosmo than a lot of their previous covergirls.

Hmmm... I don't like the Madonna cover at all and the pairing really makes no sense to me. Give me the Nina Dobrev or Megan Fox covers over this any day! Those are cosmo covers!

Cosmo is like Vogue Japan in a way that these are the two magazines that i do not want to change aesthetically. The studio backgrounds work so well for Cosmo! This looks like a tragic fan made cover who can't find a shot of Madonna with a plain background so h/she just decided to get a random shot and place the Cosmo logo on it. H/she also didn't know the font so anything would do!

This lost the entire identity of Cosmo. I don't know why on earth they added this gimmick... It's Madonna!! Put her on a plain white background and it would still sell! These covers are a huge turn off and a huge step towards the wrong direction.

The thing is... There's nothing new with these photos as well. Mask? Biting? Legs opened? They wanted something new with their covers but failed to provide photos with novelty. Oh the irony.

Another reason why I'm disappointed is because Madonna is the perfect COSMO girl! She oozes the aesthetics of the magazine.. And we got this. Kylie, who's more of a Seventeen girl, got a much much much better cover

Wow Cosmo Czech didn't even try! Same layout "SEX SEX SEX" same positioning. U.S. had a number of 50 while Czech had 55! Same text placement of Madonna also. Hay.
