The Linda Wells Report just makes me realize it was time for her to go at Allure. Even after being let go she still can't bring herself to reinvent herself. She refused to so much as collaborate with different people. Even the Opening page art direction looks like a page from Allure. This just proves how some editors are content with doing the same thing over and over again.

I also saw that the art direction stood out, and not in a good way. I think when you have a reputation like Linda's, nobody will question or push you to try something new. Look what (most likely) happened last time someone did that.......

Finally Chinese Cosmo is running a cover which at a stretch resembles the rest of the global editions. Just a pity it had to feature one of China's most oversaturated celebrities yet.
I'm guessing censor officer was distracted with his own NYE plans when this cover was finalised......
