I think it was a last minute decision personally... as Cat Deely was meant to be having the cover, she had a full shoot for them, and yet inside the issue there's just one shot of her in the beauty section.
But you're still right in what you said, because Cat's cover shoot has turned up as a special edition - she's on the front, and they've used lenticular printing to make what they describe as a "3D cover" but it's really just two different shots of her head atop the same body, to give the impression of the "swish" they speak of in the Pantene ad, accompanied by free samples of shampoo and conditioner, plus the book that comes with the ordinary edition. All at the same price too.
I was almost tempted to buy it, but then I remembered that I have enough tat in my life already.
