Hi everyone. I'm new to TFS and was kindly invited by Srdjan a great friend! I'm a guy who lives in Australia and have been collecting Cosmo for years. I have a very large collection of Cosmo's from Australia, UK, USA, France, Germany, South Africa, Italy and a few other countries. My fav period is from the 70's to the late 90's. Sadly to me, Cosmo is not as wonderful as it used to be, but I still love Cosmo regardless - what can I say, I'm hooked! I will add scans and comments regarding current issues and will post vintage scans from time to time as well. I'm on Facebook as HGB Cosmolover, where I have many cover scans if anyone is interested. My main aim is to see the return of models to the cover of Cosmo and look forward to the end of the "Celeb" period - it can't come too soon I think! Looking forward to being part of this Cosmo community!

Wonderful covers

Remember the good old days Srdjan? I scanned these many years ago.

I sure remember these and have them. I have most US Cosmo's from the early 70's until 2000. Sadly, Cosmo is not remotely as good as it used to be, but I still love Cosmo!

Latest Aussie Cosmo - October 2012

Not sure if anyone has seen the current Aussie cover, so here it is. It is way too busy, but it's a welcome return to see Jen Hawkins on the cover after 4 long years wait. This is the best Aussie Cosmo in awhile. Articles are still pretty short in length sadly (in line with current policy - dumbing down Cosmo somewhat), but the fashion and beauty editorials are great.

Aussie Cosmo this month

Bad news - It's that Kardashian again! I just can't believe it! Last time Kardashian was on the cover, there was a massive outcry on FB. It's just madness they've done it again and a obvious sign they've lost the plot here!

Thank goodness US Cosmo may have woken up that we are all sick and tired of this awful "celeb" period.

Loving the Kate Upton cover. Zooey's was alright as well, but this is lovely.
And Kim - I have no words how awful this cover is.

I Love the Kate Upton cover, also.
But one model on the cover doesn't guarantee a change in cover girls, unfortunately.
I'm not getting my hopes up.

Kim K. is gross and her smile is cheesy and fake.
And the cover blurb " plus how to nail Kim - like confidence", Really !?
We could just ask Kanye how to do that, couldn't we?
