Last night was truly an amazing night for fashion it lived up to all my expectations!, I just finished looking at all the pics now and Im overwhelmed, my personal favorites are Camille Belle, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Connely, Cate Blanchett, and Lucy Liu

It was disappointing that hardly any (photographed) attendees paid tribute to Poiret in their choices of attire (KK and Diaz came close). Afterall, shouldn't that have set the party's theme? I know Poiret would've kicked a lot of people out had he been there!

For such a special occasion honoring such an interesting designer, I thought something from Galliano for Dior Spring Couture 2007 would've been decadently appropriate! I loved the collection. Here's a couple from the selection:

Disappointments: Kate looks great yes, but last year she stole the show. Cate is wearing an amazing dress but looks like a corpse, Scarlett looks like a joke, Claudia could look 10x better and should have put her hair up or something, anything.

i like cameron's dress, her skin is way too orange though

i love the fact that Kate Moss is being escorted to this event by Tina and Philip Green. the couple right behind her. and Tina wearing platforms cos she is soooo tiny.
