Courrèges Menswear S/S 2023 Paris

Presenting this as a lookbook was a good decision.

I'll pass, it's look like some "edgy" Berghain street style. Trying to hard to be cool.

He needs a new stylist. MAS can help to elevated these basic merch.

I don’t mind it, as in its very serviceable and has A lot to owe Helmut lang.

it’s really boring though, they need to start expanding the range a bit of this brand in order to make it go beyond this weird niche it’s creating.

It's an ok collection but frankly speaking, I don't get their approach to menswear anymore. While the womenswear has been wonderful, the last two menswear collections are an afterthought. I appreciate that they've been looking through the archives of Courrèges but it's high time to step up the game and edit out all the gimmicks such as the naked boy from the last look.

It's very "current" look, but well executed. I hope he expends the menswear further in the next collections to be as strong as the womenswear.

Givenchy should definitely give him a call...

You know Pinault is bought Courreges…
They will never let him leave now considering that the buzz is buzzing (and he comes from Vuitton).

We should manifest Haider for Givenchy (Haider for anybody at this point for me!)

The womenswear actually has a strong interesting point of view and exceptional (by today's standards) execution. The menswear, however, is just stuff Di Felice would wear.

I think this is the right direction for the Courrèges man. Just need to push it a bit more because like some of you said, it feels like it is an afterthought.

There is nothing here that isn't already on the market. I could see this appealing to a customer on the clearance rack, but certainly not at full price.
