Best the Weeknd has ever looked.. and will probably ever look (considering his body type). That picture with the gray Burberry suit and these pillows.. ha, I can't hate. The rest of the issue looks horrid.. I mean, fascinating photography, oh the art, the irony, but the irony, but the art, but still fashion, yum.. we were all craving an extra supply of that.

the way they cut his hair out of the CR Men on the cover just shows how they care about this magazine...

Agreed about the Burberry shot, looks very 70s swag, but what about the fuller cover where the sunglasses nearly cover his entire face? I thought it was very mean of the stylist to run that shot. LOL. Also the beige Y/Project suit. The fit of that pants, WITH the lifted toe loafers? Come on, LOL!

The rest of the content seems ok at a glance, but once you look closely you'll find that they have a stylist problem. Each and every story is crammed with as many looks possible. I get that the Harry Carr shoot is about maximalism, but 'Sleeper Cells' couldn't just be about single statement pieces, they had to throw in some suits as well? Same with 'Getting Changed', I like how the guys look in those flashy suits, but how does it tie in with the rest of the story. It looks more like 'we had this bunch of clothes and would like to shoot all of it on a shoestring because it will ultimately court new advertisers.'

Someone is crushing on Abel…

(BTW, in this amazing doc of slum life in Mumbai, there's a teacup maker that bares a glancing resemblance to Abel:
The photography looks so insufferably cheap for every story in this rag. The only single solid shot is the guy in the red Boss suiting in the “Law Of Desire” story.)

^ fighting a battle of 'whoa what's that lyric, let's look him up!' 'oh I see nvm' since his House of Balloons days. But again, that Burberry shot, the blue number.. it's all coming together.. turns out all it takes is an actual haircut, the right amount of satin and lion-themed bedding with me..

Video's unavailable, Phuel, screenshots are welcome lol, but in the meantime, you got me watching Science and Islam. Thank you very much. :stuart::heart:
