^Seems more reminiscent of classic American sportswear a la Claire McCardell than anything hippieish or boho to me. If the designs are derivative, it's pointing more toward stuff like Bonnie Cashin, Anne Klein, etcetera, rather than the haute couture of Europe. The line is carried in places like Macys and Nordstrom--I'm not sure if that coincides with the Topshop vibe-- indeed, she's not cutting edge like Galliano or Kawakubo. But you don't see that at Macys, either. I dig the fat-rumped American hausfrau vibe: I aspire.
