Daily Exercise #4

Thurs: 6 mile bike commute, 30 minutes yoga
Friday: 30 minutes yoga
Saturday: 30 minutes yoga, kettlebell swings, 30 minutes cardio
 
Tuesday: 6 mile bike ride + 30 minutes cardio + weight training
 
Sunday: Hiking
Monday: Hiking
Tuesday: 6 mile bike ride, weights
Wednesday: 3 mile walk
 
guys.. i need to exercise in order to lose weight...the problem is i'm struggling now with weak knee joint and Arthritis...the doctor said i shouldn't bend them at all for at least 2 months...
do you know any kind of exercise that i can do without harming my knees???
 
I would ask my doctor if they have suggestions for any types of exercises, you can at least do upper body weights, pushups, bench press, plank things like that I'm sure but I don't want to give you advice that will hurt your progress healing. If you are insured ask your Dr. to give you a referral to see a physical therapist too.

Tuesday: 6 mile bike ride, 30 minutes kundalini
 
ThursdayL 6 mile bike ride, 2 mile run, Kundalini Yoga
Friday: 6 mile bike ride, Kundalini Yoga
 
Sunday: Kundalini Yoga
Monday: 30 minutes cario, 6 mile bike ride
 
Thursday: 6 mile bike ride, 30 minutes cardio at the gym + abs
Friday: 6 mile bike ride.
