Daily Exercise #4

Thursday: 2km Run
Friday: 2km Run
Saturday: 3km Run
 
Saturday: 5km
Sunday: 6km

had to cancel my PT for tomorrow morning as I have hurt my back, I didn't know this but apparently you are supposed to stretch your back before running!
 
Today: 12 mile bike commute to work, 3.3 mile run at the gym.
 
only just had the ok to continue exercise after back strain

back to 22km cycle and 1 hour walking
 
Monday: 45 minutes dance cardio
Wednesday: 1 hour dance class
Saturday: 4km walk
 
Yesterday, hour of biking around outside.
Today, about two hours of biking around outside.
 
30 minute walk, 10 minutes yoga/stretching, planning on going on another 30 minute walk later.
 
40 minutes of elliptical + 1 hour of pilates + 100 squats [blogilates squat challenge]
 
Monday 05.13 - 1 mile tempo run / upper body workout

Wednesday 05.15 - 2 mile tempo run / 75 sit-ups / stretches & etc.
