Daily Exercise #4

Monday (24/06) 10 minute run / 10 minute uphill fast walking intervals / 1 set of arm reps

I'm struggling with shin splints, so I'm gradually building up my distance/speed/time again.
 
Wednesday (26/06) 1 hour high intensity dance class
 
ballet
cleaning the entire house (I'm really sore from it too)
 
Monday (01/07) 20 minute run + nike training club app leg workout (1/3)
 
Today: 12 mile bike commute
tomorrow: refinishing my wood floor :(
 
I mostly do Pilates and Tracy Anderson mat.
Today I walked for 4 hours while shopping.
 
Hi- Does Tracy Anderson have a thread here? I did the search but her name didn't pop up.
