Daily Exercise

Back on the wagon today :muscles:

45 minute run w. stair sprints

i never used to exercise at all and gained like 8kg last year. im just using the treadmill and doing stretches mostly

does anyone know an exercise to increase height??

does anyone know how long a sprained/ pulled back should heal before riding a stationery bike? I was on my back and then walking stiff for about 3 weeks now. then i put my boots on and my back hurt again, just when i felt normal.
anyone have any idea? i can't go to the doctor because i can't afford it.

i've gained some weight on my thighs :(

Do this stretching training in this video correctly. It might work, let me know.
Stretch the max you can.

btw, does your lower back hurts too?

If you sprain your back is there no way you can get a sports massage or physiotherapy? Because that's quite important.....

I don't exercise, um, at all, but I after having some pain in my hip I got referred to a physio and do a lot of a stretching. I meet with my PT once a week (or I have been, my sessions are winding down now) to do Physiotherapy pilates using pilates machine and developing a home program of stretching to get my one hip strength up to par. When I was at my mum's I was looking in the mirror (I don't have a full length one in my flat) and thought oh wow! look at my legs! They are getting more toned and then I turned to the other side and realized it's just the one leg

ugh since I moved I pretty much don't have access to a gym. I've gotten really out of shape in the space of like two weeks and it's giving me a lot of stress! changing routines causes so many problems with something so habitual like exercise.

^well, since you dont have acess to gym, you can always to get into others sports like swimming etc etc.
