Daily Exercise

If you dont have access to a gym, go run outside. That's free! And cardio is the best thing for you.

I just worked out for 2.5 hours with my trainer, started with 35 mins on the treadmill doing gluteal intervals, then upper body, chest, triceps, biceps for 40 mins with varying weights and ending with abs (100 crunches with a ball being thrown between us) and stretches.
 
Yesterday: 45 minute run w. stair sprints
Today: about to go to a 1 hour Pilates class
 
Oh my gosh this thread makes me feel awful. I just straight out don't exercise. This thread has motivated me though, I'm in desprate need of getting rid of that extra weight I've recently put on.

I'm feeling like this isn't enough anymore... Any suggestions on how I can push myself a little harder?
 
you can intensify your training doing push ups for example, or like when are running normaly, you can do an intensive sprint until you cant more for like 2 min & then come back to the previous running intensity.
 
I waked to Uni and back 4 times...which equas about 1 hour of walking. Not enough :(

Push-ups are good. I do them when I'm bored at home, or in between sets at the gym.

I ran 6 miles, a lot of uphill, where I bring my knees up as high as I can. Quickly wears you out...but running intervals are good, yes.
 
I'm easing myself back into working out again...so I'm starting with 20 minutes walking on the treadmill and about 20 minutes on core workouts
 
Thanks for the tips :flower: I'm going to work sprints in to my running ^_^

Today :20min hula hoop, 20 min spinning on bike, 10 min jumping rope before breakfast.
 
walking - 40 min.
stairs - many times during day, I don´t use a lift anymore...
 
yesterday i did Ballet Bootcamp DVD
today Turbo Jam Fat Blaster and 30 Day Shred Level 1
 
How do you all find the time to workout? I am exhusted and hungry after work! Where do you get the energy?
I work 9am-6pm, by the time I get home it is 8ish, cook dinner, then eat by 10pm. After I shower I am ready to sleep by 11pm. How do you guys do it!?!
