i was so obssessed with that documentary i found a way to use it as a related text for my HSC english course.. it wasn't the best text, but it meant i could watch it over and over again ostensibly to 'familiarise' myself with the text haha.. daphne was the best in it. i could listen to her accent for days and days!

OK, American Secret World of Couture fans- here's big news: Public Broadcasting (PBS) is scheduled to play this wonderful show in the middle of the night on Wednesday, Jan 28th (which would make it Tuesday night, but you know...) mine says 2:50 AM- So, let's hope that's right, and we can crank up the TIVO and video recorders and have great copies finally!! I'll put Daphne's scenes on a loop, I imagine...
