How discovered:
When I was fifteen I became interested in modeling. I worked for a year with an agency in my hometown for one year and then met my current mother agent. When I was 16 I went to my first modeling trip and I’ve been modeling ever since.
What was your first modeling job?
My first modeling job was for a wedding magazine in my hometown. I remember being so nervous before my first editorial, but was so happy when I saw the photos in print for the first time.
Favorite things:
I love to draw, take stupid videos and eat jelly beans. I am a total people person and I will go crazy if you don’t go outside for longer than a day.
What are you listening to at the moment?
I don’t know why, but lately, I’ve been listening to songs from my childhood. Songs that I used to listen to on cassette tape when I was in elementary school.
Favorite movie, tv show:
I like all sorts of weird movies. The last movie that I really enjoyed is a film called “Fang”. I also recently watched Titanic for the first time. My favorite TV shows are Hannibal, Shameless, Stranger Things and I also like cartoons such as the Simpsons or Rick and Morty.
Favorite designer, fragrance or beauty product:
I can never choose one, so many brands and designers have something different and unique to offer. To be honest, I don’t pay too close attention to the designer; if I like something I buy it.
What were you doing before modeling?
I was living the typical life of a teenager, going to school and hanging out with my friends. Before I started modeling I had never been on an airplane.
What would you be doing if you weren’t modeling?
I don’t really like to think about it. I am all about living in the moment and living one day at a time. I hope to be a part of the fashion industry for the rest of my life.
What’s something uncool that you love anyway?
Very often I love things that others might find strange or ugly. This applies to everything from music, clothes, appearance and even the way people behave.
Favorite modeling experience so far?
I think the best experience for me was this past show season. The most memorable for me was my credit card dress in the show of “Vaquera”!!! I also walked for Сéline and Helmut Lang this [past] year which were both incredible experiences. All of my work is very important to me
What’s the best thing about your hometown/country?
I love and miss Russian food
Place you would love to visit:
Anywhere that I haven’t already been. I would visit every country in the world if it was possible.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
To solve problems as they come
