So true. And to be honest, she is more pop than Hip-Hop nowadays...I mean, she is not the one who popularized female hip-hop. She is just a pop star who happens to rap.

Can someone just take a sit with Steven Klein and try to figure out what the hell is happening? And why Nicki?! She is old news and always looks TERRIBLE in fashion editorials? I actually like Nicki's music and shamelessly rap to most of it but those covers are hideous. Are they supposed to look artsy? Indie? Intellectual?

They should have just gone along with her tacky persona and produced some over-saturated, flashy image. At least then you know what you're getting.
