You guys have me craving the Persephone now and I don't even know where to begin the search

I tend to agree. I love huge bags even though i'm only 5.2ft. I don't what it is but I just dont like little dainty purses. So for me the persa would be great...IF I knew where to get my hands on it. I think the violet and hildegarde will be nice sizes too. I'll probably just be happy with the hildegarde.

Wow july?? LVR quotes September! Have you shopped LVR before? Mabye they are just being conservative with the delivery date and they will actually arrive earlier!!

I think they will. LVR usually gets their things as soon as, if not before, others (being that they are right there in Italy - no shipping times or import issues). I have bought from them before. I think I was the first (or at least one of the first) tsf-ers to get my Edith (can't remember if it was before LVR's quoted ship date though - think it was).

I think that they only had one of each color in each style. I don't know if the production is that limited or if they just didn't order any more than that.

anyone who is a Lam supplier could order them....so its not limited production...its just that these stores didn't order many of them.

Barneys is going to be carrying the Hildegard, just not in bottlegreen.
You should try Fred Segal, Forty Five Ten (Dallas), Milk (Los Angeles)
and Helen Yi (Chicago).

As for the Persephone in bottlegreen, Intermix (various locations) and
Helen Yi will have it.

The violet color that you saw in Vogue is, in fact, the oxblood. It is
a beautiful rare mixture of red-ish and violet that I personally love!
Helen Yi will be carrying both styles in oxblood as well.

ok so violet is oxblood.

so the colors are oxblood, brown and bottle green and well black.

the pic of the Violet bag is in the oxblood.

so from what Maria said there is a Violet bag but its the name of the bag not the color...and oxblood is the one you are seeing.

^ Thanks Luxx. Did she say anything about navy? Having a look back at the Vogue pics, sure looks like a navy to me, but maybe it's black. Those colours in vogue might be off, because the purple looks very purple and not reddish oxblood at all.

^ i agree with you on the colors being off mori. the violet handbag is suppose to look burgundy/oxblood in that vogue pic. i bet the persa is actually the bottle green. the clutch is black for sure so you can compare the color of the clutch with that of the persa in the pic. they are different.
