that one isn't a pet carrier.
they just put jewel's dog in it for some reason. (she was the one modeling it in the photo)

it's actually just a normal handbag. ;)

i like that one in black with the text in red! it's much nicer than the white with pink.

I thought Dior did make a carrier.. I remember watching "It's good to be..."  on VH1 and they were doing Paris Hilton.. she had bought one for tinkerbell..

I could be wrong.. who knows.

paris hilton's was custom made for her at the high end doggy boutique fifi & romeo in los angeles. from what i can remember it cost $1500.

does anyone have a photo of it? i'd like to get a dior logo carrier for my chihuahua (in tan/brown to coordinate with his fur )

Just to let you know, Gucci is doing one for their upcoming F/W collection. It should be available around fall.

Yeah, and it's different from most of the others :) Probably the most stylish designer carrier I've seen.

I think this is the big one it comes in 2 sizes

the small is $1300 the larger is $1400

Oh, I saw the LV dog carrier at LV. It's around $1,400. I wanted it for my precious Jasper, but my mom wouldn't let me LOL. But I'd love to get a Dior one if they made one nice enough... hmm.

What I like most about the LV one though is the little grate and the flap that goes over it. It's nice.

Side-note Trivia: Did anyone notice that LV dog carrier in the White Chicks movie/trailer?

Some of those bags are way too enclosed and I think could actually be dangerous to your dog or cat. A lot of animals get nervous in the car and hyperventilate. I think putting the flap down over the LV pet carrier would be a tremendously bad idea.

I just don't get these carriers. What if your puppy gets freaked out and loses bladder control? A lot of those wee little lapdogs are high strung like that. A friend of mine, growing up, had a little long-haired chihuahua who would lose her wits and run through the house with pee dribbling down her back legs whenever something loud happened, like my friend slammed her bedroom door, or her mom dropped a pot in the kitchen. Or what if your dog gets car-sick. My parents had a mastiff dog who used to barf in the car unfortunately regularly, and my in-laws had a cat who would get pukey in the car.

This is the best carrier for my money. With the skylight top, it is easy to put your pet in when you have to travel, and they can see well out the front gate, which also makes it easier to let them out when you get to wherever you are going. And if your critter gets carsick or freaks out and pees or poops, it is very easy to clean, unlike leather.

LOL I noticed. It was really fun for me to spot out all the designer goodies from the 50 or so LV baggages on top of the car, to the "Adiorable" shirt and Girly Shirt, to the Burberry bikinis. Too fun :flower:

Actually, if you're travelling in a car, it's best if you keep your animal in the smallest possible carrier.. but they have enough room to move around enough...

Prevents injury if you're in an accident.

I bought this for my dog when she travels on a plane. When she is in my car she has freedom to go anywhere she pleases sitting on my lap seems to be her favorite. If my dog was that uneasy about being in a car or a plane I would do it as infrequently as I could.

Just because my dog is very very small does not mean she is not highstrung. Also the inside of the the LV carrier is not leather, just for your information.

I didn't really ask for an opinion on what anyone felt about putting a dog in this particular carrier...what I did ask about is if anyone knew if anyother designer made a dog carrier. That was it.

Trixie and Peanut! <great site w/ awesome bags, some of which were used ( or @ least look like they would be!) in Legally Blonde. They have soo much fun stuff there! Even doggie "sushi" treats! lol you should deff try this site out!

I've been lloking for a photo of the Dior carrier used by Paris Hilton in Simple Life. Can't find it anywhere lol! Pls post if you find a pic. I'm dying to show it to my sister...

Umm.. then why don't you just grab a piece of fabric and mark the C's on it right away?

When I used to work for Chanel Parfums, we used to get every week a box with huge rolls of red satin ribbon with the CHANEL written all over in white, we used to get it also in sheer pinks and lavenders for special seasons, for gift wrapping purposes....of course, the silly me used to take all the ribbons home, and I used to make little bows on my Billie ( im turning the poor thing into bruiser  ), and I even used it as a nice bow tie for me, headband, whatever

Just go over, buy something, and let them give you the ribbon
