its a shame she is with Red Models. She's such a great model. She is so unique and beautiful. I feel she is never going to make it big with an agency that most of its models aren't even exclusive not to mention the groupie glamour model on its books. I am hoping this is just a minor setback because this girl is too amazing to have her career cut short.

Alot of the top agencies do not take chances on a "special girl" I think once she gets somthing big, then she will really take off.

I believe her look is strong enough to get her the attention she needs to be considered for these jobs, no matter which agency shes with. Atleast at Red, she is a big fish in a small pond!

most of red's models aren't exclusive. its not like these models have one agency for commercial stuff and another for beauty. a lot of these girls are signed to really horrible commercial print agencies under different names. There are even glamour models signed to the agency who are under 5'7" but they lie about their height. i know models who signed to red that do very well in Europe and never booked anything from them. For guys, its not too bad. Red is trying to boost their image by signing big names but the other girls on their boards aren't even fashion models. they are more commercial but not successful. most of the models book their high profile campaigns with different agencies. they are also not that great at placing their models elsewhere. Plus they have a very high turnover.

Diandra is way too high fashion for Red. there are so many boutique agencies in NY that would be better for her. Honestly, she should be based in Europe. I feel she would do so much better there.
