What's your opinion on the tote in brown? I have the medium saddle in brown and was thinking of exchanging it for the tote. Should I keep what I have or go for the tote? I saw the tote in red and did not like it....not sure if it was the color or the style that made me not like it.

kelsbag- I am waiting for my tote in white to arrive, my first color choice was brown but the more I looked at it, it was too much brown going on for me plus I have many brown purses already so I went for the white and I was loving it on someone who had purchsed one. And I didn't really find the red too attractive. I am more of a big purse kind of gal even though I'm only 5'1, i don't think it's too big at all, it is so roomy and it even fits on your shoulder, kinda tight a lil.....but go with what you like...good luck and I'm sure you'll be happy with either one!!

3monkeys - I got it in Harrods London. Not sure if they ship abroad, but I would think they do. Go onto www.Harrods.com and call them.

Hi, I never post but follow all your great posts. Harrods ships almost anywhere, for the USA you will pay duty about 10%. On something that was $1400 I paid $130. They will ship dont hesitate to order from them, my few experiences have been good.

Also, I wanted to ask if anyone had that US weekly article that was shown a few posts back. I wish I could read it, the pic is so small, does anyone have it? It would be great if you could post it large enough so you can ready the words. I am kicking myself for not having picked it up!

And with all your help and wonderful posts I think I am getting the medium but cant decide the color. Deciding color gets so complicated sometimes. I got the chloe edith bag in the chestnut color and have the paddington in brown, so maybe I should get something OTHER than brown? Its a hefty price tag so you want to get the right color.

I think the white looks nice in the tote....better than the brown and red. I hear ya...I'm a brown purse lover. I have way too many browns!!!

The croc leather will be very thick so you wont get the Balenciaga style slouchyness feel of it...I think the 1st ones were better, more origional and better suited to different outfits...these croc ones are because Gallianos too lazy to find a new bag

He always shows a bag twice, S/S then F/W. But I agree, normally there is a new bag to go along with it. I really cant stand the Gaucho, the croc is actually the nicest one.

... the black croc gaucho from the f/w 06 runway isn't so bad, but i hate the yellow stripe on the front, and the hardware and such will be totally dated and over in a few months. for s/s 06 they're doing some less-trendy gaucho-inspired styles which could be good investments since they're not as over the top and are more classic. i think this one would look really great in black croc for next season:
