I like the idea for the jacket but the fabric looks very tortured up close. Looking at it makes me want to unstitch that dart so badly…and then ask the pattern-maker for something that actually works.

If you look up stagnation in the fashion dictionary an image of Kim Jones circa 2019 will be in place of any definition.

The wrap coat and the blazers were wonderful, it is fortunate he has the worlds best tailors at his fingertips. Beyond that his work is seemingly showing us how stretched he has become. I understand he is talented, and to be fair, this collection is very solid, yet the lack of innovation for someone deemed the greatest menswear talent on the planet does not coincide with reality.

Great references, beautiful tailoring, beyond that I see more merchandise than anything else.

US$267000 for an embroidered sweatshirt anyone? Not me certainly

Behind the Scenes featuring the embroidery techniques used. Exquisite craftsmanship but ridiculous price. For that price you could probably get the original dress made!
