Dior Menswear S/S 2026 Paris

It's a solid collection! Imo it has the right mix of a lot of things.

You can still tell that it's a Dior collection, but at the same time it has the right amount of JWA's influence. Refreshing color palette. It has the right balance of commercial and more directional pieces. It's respectful to the past but also forward looking.

Now I'm excited to see his womenswear and couture collection!

I liked it a lot - there were many separates I’d wear right away. It’s not as clinical as Kim Jones - more joyful and approachable. The bar jacket and suiting is stunning. Solid debiut, can’t wait for womenswear and especially HC. So far this and DvN are the winners for me.

Finally something great and exciting coming from Dior! This deranged twink realness fits the brand perfectly. Thank God the merch was blended nicely with more challenging pieces, because the photo call was quite painful to watch. Jonathan's bar jackets for men are also much more convincing and real than anything Jones had tried to do imo.

A very strong debut, and I can't wait to see the women's show.

What an awful collection. Zara and H&M mix.

Bags are cheap looking. Not desirable!

Maria & Kim were probably on coffee in Rome watching and laughing!

At the end I must tell you…

I TOLD YOU SO!

He won’t last. LET THE GAMES will he last longer than Sabato in Gucci BEGIN!

i liked allot of it i wants some stuff for real daily wear

i like the JWA x Uniqlo x Dior reality of it some parts where too infantile like the versaille coats where done weak.

but he made most basic dior embroidered pieces relevant even the book tote´s where cool and the new cargo bag i want for traveling

i am going to the dark side :-)

music also nice casting also cool mix

those thinking or hoping that his Dior won't sell this stuff will do very well most of the stuff anyone can add to daily dressing and have a runway touch with out doing to much effort and that's he strength they will do well on with his appointment

optimistic lifestyle with conceptuel twist

I agree with all of this. A lot of this collection is very covetable. I have never been interested in buying menswear from Dior, but I think I need to those ruffled green shorts. There’s a lot of very good commercial ideas as well. He balanced his design integrity and store appeal almost perfectly to me.

That’s being said, I am nervous for women’s wear…I feel we’re going to get bustles with denim jeans.

The soundtrack & casting was on point!

I love the light blue Napoleon jacket from the later looks it definitely nods to the Hedi era, but feels much more wearable. It doesn’t look like I’m about to step on stage.

Great debut! I knew it would be more commercial than JW and Loewe, but I think he knows how to make commercial pieces that are still interesting and incredibly desirable. There was quite a bit of fashion ideas running throughout the collection. Some hints of Hedi’s 00s era in there too that I loved. Very preppy British with a twist. And there’s lots of different wardrobe separates that will appeal to different costumers.

Bravo Jonathan!

Ghosts of Hedi but of course, it’s Dior Homme. I’m indifferent towards it, depends on what I see on the shop floor. I like his attempt at conjuring the bar silhouette using shorts. I hated the styling.

I liked it. It’s not the most groundbreaking collection and not every debut has to be groundbreaking but I think it was a nice collection.
I got the Lee R./JM Basquiat thing.
I loved the long and lean tailored silhouettes, the capes and outerwear.
I think a man can easily imagine himself wearing those pieces. However, I don’t think a man would say « I want to be that guy ».

Maybe it was a little bit of too much. A short sleeved tshirt over a long sleeved one is not a good idea…
And I’m not a fan of merch on the runway.

The collars with the bow tie made me think of Karl and I feel like he tried to squeeze all the heritage of Dior before him into 1 collection.

Overall a nice debut. Nothing game changing or terribly desirable. The bags are great.
I have more expectations for the womenswear and if Sabrina Carpenter’s suit is a promise of what is to come, I’m on board.

I quite liked it.
It had strong pieces like the bustle trousers or the historical jackets, and at the same time easy and relaxed pieces.
I would have edited it and done less looks. Maybe there was too much denim, but you know it is not possible to streamline it to 40 looks when you work at Dior.

In a way you can compare it with Julian's DvN.
Both had a couple of absurd styling tricks (the tayloring jacket under the sweatpants at DvN, the shirt collars and the bottom of the trousers here) but the collection goes beyond them. Both are romantic and flirt with the androginous or the teenager.
Julian' s felt more compact and cohesive, though.

Loved the Suicide final track.

It is good also that Delphine said they were not expecting an immediate success.
That will give time to Jonathan to sharpen his proposal for Dior.
