At first I thought shopping for disco clothes would be easy. I was wrong... very wrong lol. I can't find anything to wear. I've found a few things, but unfortunately they were too expensive to wear only once. I need some ideas. Would anyone be kind enough to post some pictures or give descriptions of good things to wear?

You could wear a drapey backless halter top, tight fitting bootcut or flare bottom pants or jeans, platform sandals, mabye like the spring Vuitton ones, then wear some thin gold hoop earrings and bangle bracelets and make your hair big and curly and fluffy. The pieces can be worn with other things and you could spend some more money on the pieces since you can wear them over and over again.

First must-wear is platforms.

Night Fever: L-R Christian Dior studded platforms in flesh, sliver and gilded gold (far below).

Less gilded, more wearable platform shoes from Jimmy Choo.

wear a flowy silk chiffon dress in a LOUD print. (there're some insane ones at Dolce &gabbana and of course Dior and John Galliano).... they are very 70s and yet still modern. and of course do not forget the platform sandals! those are also pretty in this season.

Go thrifting, totally. There's still tons of vintage Polyester out there for the discriminating buyer.
