I believe you! I definitely worked up quite a sweat the last time I played it, and that was just for fun! As for the iPod, it was a combined bday/xmas present B) Does anyone know any good calf slimming exercises? criticsdarling said:6 days a week I will either run high intensity interval sprints (aka "HIIT") on the treadmill (i.e. 1 minute walk 3.0mph, 1 min run 10.0 mph, repeat for 20 minutes) or run 5 miles. The HIIT training will make you lose fat like CrAzY!!!! it spikes your metabolism all day and makes your body push out of it's comfort zone.
